Jobs... urgh. Not getting paid... grarg. Wish the University would get its rear in gear and give me a flippin' paycheck! I've been working there for over 5 weeks... That's half my employment period. If I don't get paid in the next week, I'm gonna talk to the lady who was supposed to take care of this.

In other news... I wake up earlier to go to this job than I did for classes. Whaa... TT.TT I wish I could just sleep for about a week. But no rest for the wicked. I have a week off of work coming up, but instead of taking it easy, I'm going to New York state to fix up houses for the less fortunate. Not that I'm complaining about it, but I'm gonna end up a zombie at this rate. What happened to the 'vacation' part of 'summer vacation'?

Also, I discovered that my college has a summer study-travel program for next summer in Japan. SO WANNA GO!!!!! We'd get to go to Kyoto and Tokyo and Hiroshima and we'd study the history of Japan, which I find fascinating (okay, admittedly, I find the history of a lot of foreign countries fascinating, but... dude! Japan!). I broached the topic wit my parents and it looks like I have enough money to finance the thing, so... I'm hoping. It all depends on what classes I get out of the way this year, because I may want to take a summer course to get rid of a few of those pesky General Education requirements (I don't wanna take theology classes! I wanna take foreign languages, and art, and biology!). *sigh* We'll see, but I'm going to be optimistic on this one.
